Thursday Thirteen #7

Thirteen Things I'm Looking Forward To During the Holidays...

1. Seeing Family
2. Lots and lots of candy canes (don't eat 'em any other time of the year, though)
3. Going caroling with our friends
4. Driving through all the light displays (I'm such a light junkie!)
5. Eight days of not working on anything except what I feel like working on!
6. 24 hours of "A Christmas Story" - love that movie...but no, I won't watch it non-stop!
7. Snowball fights...and watching the lake freeze over
8. Christmas music on all of the radio stations (am I grossing you guys out yet?)
9. The candlelight Christmas Eve service at church
10. Choosing which Christmas cards will be saved and go into the scrapbook
11. Finally knowing what is in that one package under the tree
12. All the goodies (okay, I'm already enjoying them..probably a little too much!)
13. Just the feeling of Christmas itself

this is a lot like my list would be!

I would never ever consider eating a candy cane any other time of year. But for some reason can eat a whole box now...

Happy T13! and Merry Christmas!

Blessings,
Karla

I hope you get all this stuff, Kristi (and don't have to wait too long to open that package!). You've earned it.

Have a happy TT and a very Merry Christmas!

This is such a fun time of year. I hope you love whatever is in that 'one' box. :)

My probably worst ever TT is up, I tried.

If I could write a list..it would look a lot like yours. I just love Christmas time. One of our favorite things to do is drive around and look at lights after getting two caramel machiatto's and five hot chocolates! Good times! Merry Christmas!

Susan - I've already been told...can't open *that* package until the very last thing on Christmas day. Boo-hoo!!! but the anticipation is fun, too! :)

Christmas is seriously my favorite time of year, folks. I listen to the music all year long and if Christmas lasted the entire winter, it would be my favorite season!

Karla - my husband found PEANUT BUTTER!!!! candy canes last year. Loved 'em... can't find them anywhere this year, though! Waaaah!!!
