Blog Hop Winners & A Giveaway

Drumroll, please....and the winner is Isabella - her name was drawn from the randomizer to win a copy of my new book - which doesn't hit shelves until December 17th! - What a Texas Girl Needs. Congratulations, Isabella...and, everyone, keep coming back. More fun giveaways will lead up to Release Day!

Good morning, peeps! The randomizer has been hard at work this holiday weekend, and I'm please to let y'all know that Kat Morrisey's name was drawn to win her pick of my backlist. Kat entered the Crimson Wonderland Blog Hop last week...and April Holgate's name was chosen to win the necklace/earrings offered through the Black Friday Blog Hop.

Kat and April, thank you so much for playing along! Check your inboxes for details on how to collect your prizes.

And, because I have some fun news to pass along, I'm doing a giveaway today, too.

I've just gotten the final cover for my third Crimson Romance - and the second of my Texas Girls series! - What a Texas Girl Needs! So I'm debuting the cover for the book, which releases December 17! Here's the blurb:

Vanessa Witte is ready to finally claim her life. The middle of three daughters born into the Witte family - a powerful Texas name - she’s been content to float through life. Being dumped by her shady ex? A blessing in disguise. Having a one-night-stand with Matias Barnes? Not one of her more stellar moments. But she’s back in Lockhardt with a secret and a reason to start fresh: A baby.

Matias Barnes knows all about society women - it’s part of the reason he left his wealthy family behind and took a job on a ranch. He doesn’t like the endless string of parties, the inane conversation, or the gold-digging tricks those women have perfected. But that doesn’t stop him from wanting Vanessa Witte. Mat knows she’s so not right for him, but with her back in Lockhardt, can he resist her charms long enough to really let her go?

And for the giveaway: comment below to win a copy of the book - before you can buy it, even! Here's your question: what does a Texas girl (or any girl, for that matter) really need? Don't forget to leave your email address so I have a way to contact you!

As a Texas girl myself, we want a man who's charming, funny, handsome, who sweeps us off our feet, and will make us feel like we're the only girl in the world.

Speaking as one of those Texas girls, what we WANT is a guy who will stand in front of the woman he loves when she needs protecting, behind her in support or any mountain she wants to climb, and right beside her at all other times. What we NEED is the resolve to dismiss those who don't measure up with a resounding "pfffffft" and a killer look to make them wither on the spot. :)

    Love the cover!

  9. Hmmm, sometimes it is hard to tell the difference between what we need and what we want very badly!

I guess what I need is a man who can be depended on regardless of the circumstances.
