My Favorite Thing About Fall

    Hiya, readers! I'm taking part in the Autumn's Harvest blog hop this weekend ~ now through November 12th hop around, read some fabulous blogs and win some GREAT prizes (details below).
     My absolute favorite thing about fall is in the picture to the left - the changing colors, the crunchy leaves I walk through, the chill in the air early in the morning. I grew up in south-central Missouri where fall..isn't. Growing up the weather would go from Indian Summer days of 75+ temperatures into the temperature basement of 35 and below. No happy medium. The leaves would fall, of course, but very rarely did we get the range of colors that I get now that my family has moved to Northern Ohio.
     Autumn also means books - lots and lots of books. Because, really, who doesn't like curling up in a favorite chair with a cup of tea or cocoa and a fuzzy blanket and reading the day away?
