#AuthorInterview: JoAnne Myers
Hi there, readers! It's my pleasure to welcome JoAnne Myers to the blog today to tell us a little about her short story collection Wicked Intentions! But first, JoAnne is going to answer some questions for us!
Kristina: What do you wear when you're writing?
JoAnne: Something casual. I have being uncomfortable and I love pajamas.
Kristina: I get that! I'm a yoga pants girl, myself. When was the last time you argued with one of your characters? And were you caught by a real person?
JoAnne: It was at work recently and yes I was caught. I just told the girl, I talk to myself a lot.
Kristina: I always seem to get caught 'talking' to my characters! How do you keep gremlins – like your family – out of your office/writing habitat?
JoAnne: Easy! I live alone, but I sometimes forget I have dogs, and something when I get up from the computer stand, I trip over one of the dogs. They are usually more startled than I am.
Kristina: I've tripped over the pups - many times!! Have you ever taken your frustrations with the Real World out on your characters?
JoAnne: Yes. I put a lot of myself into the characters. I sometimes give them my problems.
Kristina: If you could be one character from this book, who would it be? And why?
JoAnne: It would be Audra Roper from Blood Ties, because she is a brave and strong woman.
