#TastyTuesday ~ Garlic Bread Shrimp
Hi, everyone! It's Tuesday and that means it's time for another Tasty Tuesday recipe ... today I'm sharing my recipe for Garlic Bread Shrimp (which is not only uber-yummy, but super simple so it's a great option when I'm on deadline). Let's get to it!
Ingredients:
¼ cup butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
12 ounces cooked shrimp
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
8 ounces sour cream
1 loaf Italian or French bread
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Melt the butter in a large pan and sautee garlic until it’s soft. Remove from heat. Add shrimp, mozzarella, parmesan and sour cream. Fold the ingredients together. Cut the bread in half, length-wise, and scoop some of the bread out. Break the scooped out bread into small chunks and add to the shrimp mixture. Stir and fill the loaf with the mixture. Top with the cheddar cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes at 350. Take off the foil and cook another 5 minutes until golden brown.
